A Welsh couple has achieved the distinction of being the first to be banned from drinking in any pub in the UK. The order which effectively prevents them from drinking in any public place is called an Asbo. How this will be enforced is something of a mystery. Presumably their pictures will be distributed to every watering-hole between Lands End and John o Groats.
